Foundations Behavioral Health also offers teletherapy to clients who may be unable to come to the clinic for counseling, or clients may choose teletherapy per their individual preference or needs.
What is Teletherapy?
Teletherapy is therapy through a live video connection, over the internet. The clinician provides the same treatment as they would in person, but it’s just done through a computer using software and internet connection. If you’ve ever used Skype on your computer or FaceTime on your iPhone, you’ve used the same type of technology that teletherapy uses. Foundations Behavioral Health utilizes Doxy.me confidential/HIPPA compliant software for teletherapy. Doxy.me works similar to Skype and FaceTime, but it is more confidential and secure.
Our quality, person-centered counseling services also include:
- Individual therapy
- Family therapy
- Group therapy
- Co-Occurring Disorder therapy
- Behavioral coaching
- Assessments and referrals
- Psychological Testing
