What is Reiki? And what does it do for mental health?
Reiki helps to promote the natural balance of body and mind as it removes barriers to well-being that manifest as blockages in the body. It can also help improve clarity of thinking and emotions.

Now, as a certified Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master I am constantly expanding my knowledge of the human body. It’s my goal to help others return to optimal health, both mentally and physically. Years of studying yoga and meditation taught me to gain control over my thoughts, which led to increased health and happiness. This mindfulness is something I like to cultivate in all my clients.
In addition to Reiki and Hypnotherapy sessions I offer guided meditation groups and nature hikes as a way to nurture the spirit and tap in to our strengths. By listening to Mother Earth and listening to our bodies we can find our way back to balance.
I’m also currently training with Oregon based company InnerTrek to add Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy to my toolbox. With a little luck and patience this treatment method will soon be available in Oklahoma as well. Until then, I’m very honored and blessed to be working with the amazing team at Foundations Behavioral Health! And thanks to a recently acquired research grant we will be helping Native American families affected by the opioid/stimulant crisis. I’m so grateful for this opportunity to honor my Cherokee heritage.
