What is Reiki? And what does it do for mental health?
Reiki helps to promote the natural balance of body and mind as it removes barriers to well-being that manifest as blockages in the body. It can also help improve clarity of thinking and emotions.
Justin’s Bio: Born Sept. 5th, 1987 in Kansas City, Missouri and raised in the Tulsa area. For the last 10 years I’ve studied various energy healing techniques including- Reiki, Reflexology, Pranayama, Meditation, Sound and Color therapy, NLP, and Hypnotherapy. I was trained in Usui/Holy Fire Reiki by Master Jaylene Johnston and am currently writing a book that consolidates the most effective techniques across all systems.
